Associate Corporate: Companies in good standing which are not eligible to be Ordinary Corporate Members due to the fact they are not British or do not have substantial British ties, but which can demonstrate to the satisfaction of the Board that they are interested in business, trade, investment and/or other permitted activities in Vietnam, and which have a legal presence in Vietnam in a form permitted by the laws of Vietnam. The company employs over 30 individuals.
