Loseby Lecture là sự kiện thường niên được Dragon Capital Việt Nam đứng ra tổ chức với mục tiêu tạo không gian tọa đàm chia sẻ kiến thức, thông tin về luật quốc tế, kết nối đại diện các ban ngành đoàn thể, các chuyên gia, giáo sư, tiến sĩ, các luật sư, đại diện doanh nghiệp hoạt động trong lĩnh vực pháp luật và các chuyên gia trên toàn thế giới. Với phiên bản 2023, BritCham Việt Nam hân hạnh được đứng ra tổ chức cùng đơn vị tài trợ là Công ty Cổ Phần Quản Lý Quỹ Đầu Tư Dragon Capital Việt Nam (DCVFM) để tiếp tục mang tới không gian tọa đàm ý nghĩa này.

Loseby Lecture is an annual event organized by Dragon Capital Vietnam with the goal of creating an open space to share knowledge and information about international law, connecting representatives of departments, organizations, experts, professors, doctors, lawyers, legal businesses, and international experts. With the 2023 edition, BritCham Vietnam is pleased to organise the event with the sponsor - Dragon Capital Vietnam Investment Fund Management Joint Stock Company (DCVFM), to continue this meaningful discussion.

Với chủ đề "Lịch sử lâu đời của Quan hệ pháp luật quốc tế và Nguyên tắc Thượng tôn Pháp luật", bài giảng này hướng đến cung cấp thông tin chuyên sâu về lịch sử lâu đời của luật pháp quốc tế, cơ chế của các luật này và các yếu tố góp phần tạo ra tác động của chúng. Hội thảo sẽ đề cập đến một số điều luật xa xưa nhất từng được ban hành cũng như một số mạng lưới thương mại quốc tế đã tạo điều kiện thuận lợi cho việc trao đổi hàng hóa trong nhiều thế kỷ.

With the theme "The long history of international legal relations and the rule of law", this lecture aims to provide in-depth information about the long history of international law, the mechanics of these laws, and the factors that contribute to their impact. The conference will cover some of the oldest laws ever enacted as well as some of the international trade networks that have facilitated the exchange of goods for centuries.
