CALL FOR NOMINATIONS

BritCham is pleased to announce that nominations for the 2024/25 BritCham Board are now open. Members are invited to download the nomination form and submit to the email address highlighted.

Please note that you must be proposed by one organisation member and seconded by another, and should include a headshot photograph and a personal statement with the submission.

Important timeline:

• 12th April 2024 - Open for nomination
• 11AM, 3rd May 2024 - DEADLINE for nomination
• 7th May 2024 - Online "Hustings": Nominees present in 1 minute (live or pre-recorded video) to explain why they wish to be a BritCham board member.

Voting will be carried out electronically and announced at the AGM on 16th May.

Completed nomination forms and supporting documents should be emailed to matt.ryland@britchamvn.com. For the AGM itself if the Primary Member is unable to attend, a proxy can be designated to another named member listed on the BritCham member register.
