Mr. Khang is the Chief Marketing and Proposition Officer of AIA Vietnam. He is responsible for Brand, Marketing, Propositions, and Health & Wellness, to promote and implement customer-centric heath-led innovations to facilitate easy access to life and health product solutions for Vietnamese customers.

With over two decades of experience, Mr. Khang has worked in the life insurance industry in various countries, including Vietnam, Singapore, and the United Kingdom. Prior to joining AIA Vietnam, he held leadership roles in Pricing and Product Development, Product Marketing Health & Wellness and Agency Development and Strategy.

Mr. Khang is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries (F.I.A) and holds a bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Studies from the Australian National University.

Nguyen Thi Bich Van, a seasoned professional with 27 years of dedicated service at Unilever Vietnam with a wealth of experience in Marketing and Customer Development. Throughout her impressive career at Unilever, Van has held leadership positions at both regional and global levels.
In 2017, Van made history as the first Vietnamese woman to become the Chairperson of Unilever Vietnam. Her steadfast commitment to consumers and customers has played a pivotal role in establishing numerous #1 household and personal care brands for Unilever Vietnam.

As a visionary business leader, Van champions Unilever Vietnam's mission to improve the quality of life for the Vietnamese people, actively advocating and champion for the Unilever Sustainability Compass which is the cornerstone of Unilever’s business approach.

Under her guidance, Unilever Vietnam has been a pioneering force in implementing sustainable development initiatives, with a strong focus on Environment, specifically plastics such as Public – Private Collaboration towards circular economy in plastics waste management (PPC), Plastics Collection and Recycling, The Plastics Reborn, F75 SAS.

Hock Soon is a globally experienced executive leader with a background in finance and engineering. He has held pivotal leadership roles across diverse regions, including ASEAN, China, Europe and the United States.

He has served in various high-profile roles, including Executive Director and CFO of a Company listed in Europe, Chief Strategy Officer of a Malaysian-listed firm and CEO of a fintech startup.

Hock Soon's career also features positions such as Audit Partner, Executive Director for Advisory at the global top 5 accounting firm, BDO, along with heading one of the Audit Department at KPMG Malaysia and a successful IPO achievement, raising over USD 100 million in four months.

His international exposure extends his roles in Audit Departments of KPMG China and a secondment to KPMG US due to exceptional performance.

In his past and current professional roles, Hock Soon actively participates in the board of directors / leadership team and work to ensure the firms’ corporate governance adheres to local and international standards. This includes transparency in decision-making, board independence, stakeholders engagement, risk management, sustainability reporting and adherence to ethical principles/financial regulations/laws, which are crucial in the corporate and advisory sectors.

These unique experiences have provided him with invaluable insights into the intricacies of international business.

He currently holds the position of Executive Director, Advisory of BDO ASEAN, specialising in advisory services for Indo-China and Greater China.
