Loseby Lecture là sự kiện thường niên được Dragon Capital Việt Nam đứng ra tổ chức với mục tiêu tạo không gian tọa đàm chia sẻ kiến thức, thông tin về luật quốc tế, kết nối đại diện các ban ngành đoàn thể, các chuyên gia, giáo sư, tiến sĩ, các luật sư, đại diện doanh nghiệp hoạt động trong lĩnh vực pháp luật và các chuyên gia trên toàn thế giới. Với phiên bản 2024, BritCham Việt Nam hân hạnh được đứng ra tổ chức cùng đơn vị tài trợ là Công ty Cổ Phần Quản Lý Quỹ Đầu Tư Dragon Capital Việt Nam (DCVFM) để tiếp tục mang tới không gian tọa đàm ý nghĩa này.

Với chủ đề "Lợi ích của Trọng tài Thương mại tại Việt Nam: Nhìn từ Góc độ Kinh tế và Đào tạo Pháp lý", bài giảng này hướng đến cung cấp thông tin chuyên sâu về trọng tài thương mại (TTTM) tại Việt Nam, lợi ích của TTTM phân tích từ góc độ kinh tế và góc độ đào tạo pháp lý.

Hội thảo sẽ được hướng dẫn bởi Trọng tài viên Đặng Xuân Hợp - Giám đốc công ty Luật Hop Dang's Chamber. Ông là chuyên gia về trọng tài thương mại nói riêng và giải quyết tranh chấp thay thế (ADRs) nói chung. Ông cũng tham gia tích cực trong công tác soạn thảo Luật Trọng tài Thương mại năm 2010 và nhiều hoạt động thúc đẩy sự phát triển của trọng tài thương mại và ADRs tại Việt Nam. TS. Hợp đã có kinh nghiệm làm Trọng tài viên tham gia giải quyết nhiều vụ tranh chấp tại Tòa Trọng tài Quốc tế - Phòng Thương mại Quốc tế (ICC), Trung tâm Trọng tài Quốc tế Việt Nam (VIAC), Trung tâm Trọng tài Quốc tế Singapore (SIAC).

With the theme "Benefits of Commercial Arbitration in Vietnam: From Economic and Legal Training Perspective", this lecture aims to provide in-depth information on commercial arbitration in Vietnam, exploring its advantages from both economic and legal education viewpoints.

Join us at the Loseby Lecture 2024 for an insightful discussion. Arbitrator Dang Xuan Hop of Hop Dang's Chamber will be presenting at this exciting event. He is a distinguished expert in commercial arbitration and alternative dispute resolution (ADRs). He also actively participated in the drafting of the Commercial Arbitration Law 2010 and numerous activities promoting the development of commercial arbitration and ADRs in Vietnam. Dr. Hop has extensive experience as an arbitrator in resolving many disputes at prestigious institutions such as the International Court of Arbitration - International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Vietnam International Arbitration Center (VIAC), and Singapore International Arbitration Center (SIAC).
